Physiatrist, Clinical Director & Healthcare Entrepreneur
I sit at the intersection of medicine, technology, and systems thinking. I build things that shouldn't exist yet — then make them work.
I am a board-certified physiatrist and Clinical Director of the Restorative Pain Program at WellSpan Health in York, PA — a transdisciplinary chronic pain management clinic I built from nothing. Not "helped build." Built. Found the space, convinced the system to invest, integrated the software into Epic, developed the clinical curriculum, assembled and rebuilt the team after it fractured, and fought for every insurance contract.
Before I learned to ride a motorcycle, I bought a KTM KLR 650, completely disassembled it, and put it back together using YouTube, forums, and hardware stores — no prior experience, no proper tools. When the dealer couldn't figure it out, I already had. That's how I approach most things.
I have worked continuously since I was 17 — when I arrived in a new country with basic English and was completely on my own. I never stopped. Not through medical school. Not through building a program. Not through an MBA. I am not easily deterred, and I don't blame circumstances. I find ways through.
People ask how I stay calm when things fall apart. I have learned, often the hard way, that problems are the work — not interruptions to it.
Board-certified physiatrist specializing in complex chronic pain. Deep expertise in transdisciplinary care models, functional restoration, and outcomes-based treatment for patients who have failed conventional therapies.
Built a full clinical program inside a health system — space, staff, curriculum, documentation, billing infrastructure, and payer relationships. I know what it takes to make something new survive inside a legacy organization.
Former physician informatician at Geisinger. Epic optimization, clinical data architecture, and applied AI in healthcare. I can speak fluently to both clinicians and engineers — and translate between them.
AAPM&R committee member on innovative payment models. MBA in progress at BU Questrom. I understand the economics of healthcare delivery — not just the clinical side of it.
Built a team, lost ¾ of it, and rebuilt. Survived organizational turbulence that would have ended most programs. I know how to hold things together when they're actively trying to fall apart.
Not a consultant who studies healthcare startups. A clinician who has lived the startup process inside a health system — and is actively looking for the next problem worth solving.
Looking for a technical or business co-founder for a healthcare innovation venture. I bring the clinical depth, the systems thinking, the regulatory understanding, and the operator experience. You bring what I don't have.
Available for consulting engagements in chronic pain program development, value-based care strategy, clinical AI implementation, and healthcare entrepreneurship. Especially useful for organizations trying to build something new inside a legacy system.
Not actively looking, but not closed. I have important work to finish at WellSpan — outcomes data that could be significant, and an MBA to complete. In roughly two years, the right leadership role at the intersection of clinical care and innovation would be very interesting.
This isn't a chatbot. It's a conversational interface trained on who I actually am — my background, how I think, what I've built, and what I'm looking for.
Ask about my clinical work, my approach to building programs, whether we'd be a good fit, or what I'd bring to your organization.
We just met at a conference, or you found this link and something resonated. Don't let the moment disappear into a business card stack.
Leave your contact and a note about what you're building or looking for. I review these personally and respond to everything relevant.
